EINBERUFUNG DER JÄHRLICHEN MITGLIEDERVOLLVERSAMMLUNG 2023 – CONVOCAZIONE DELL’ASSEMBLEA GENERALE ANNUALE DEI SOCI 2023

Liebe Mitglieder, wir laden Euch herzlich zur Mitgliedervollversammlung, am Samstag, 15. April 2023 im ost west club est ovest, Passeirergasse 29, Meran, ein.

Einberufung: 6.00 Uhr
Einberufung: 16.00 Uhr

Die erste Einberufung findet um 6.00 Uhr statt. Sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr als die Hälfte der Mitglieder anwesend sein, so wird die Vollversammlung in 2. Einberufung auf 16.00 Uhr angesetzt und ist in jedem Fall beschlussfähig.

Tagesordnung:

Begrüßung;
Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit;
Ernennung eines Schriftführers/einer Schriftführerin;
Ernennung eines Moderators/einer Moderatorin;
Ernennung der Stimmzähler;
Verlesung und Genehmigung des Protokolls der Vollversammlung am 26. April 2022;
Tätigkeitsbericht über die Aktivität 2022, Präsentation der Aktivität 2023 und Genehmigung;
Bericht des Kassiers über die Finanzsituation 2022;
Bericht der Revisoren;
Genehmigung des Jahresabschlussberichts 2022 und Entlastung des Vorstandes;
Informationen zur allgemeinen Vereinssituation;
Rücktritt des aktuellen Vorstandes;
Neuwahlen des Vorstandes;
Allfälliges.

Cari soci e care socie, vi invitiamo cordialmente all’assemblea generale che si svolgerà sabato 15 aprile 2023, presso l’ost west club est ovest, vicolo Passiria 29, a Merano.

1a convocazione: ore 6.00
2a convocazione: ore 16.00

La prima convocazione avrà luogo alle ore 6.00. Nel caso in cui a quell’ora non dovesse essere presente più della metà dei soci, avrà luogo una seconda convocazione alle ore 16.00, che in ogni caso sarà atta a deliberare.

Constatazione del numero legale;
Nomina del/la redattore/trice del protocollo;
Nomina degli scrutinatori;
Nomina del/la moderatore/trice;
Lettura e approvazione del protocollo dell’ assemblea generale del 26 aprile 2022;
Rapporto sull’attività 2022, presentazione dell’attività 2023 e approvazioni;
Rapporto del Tesoriere sulla situazione finanziaria 2022;
Rapporto dei Revisori dei Conti;
Approvazione del rendiconto economico-finanziario 2022 e sollevamento del direttivo da responsabilità;
Informazioni sulla situazione generale dell’associazione;
Dimissioni dell’attuale Consiglio Direttivo;
Elezioni del nuovo consiglio Direttivo;
Varie ed eventuali.
