Mitgliedervollversammlung – Assemblea generale 2021

Liebe Mitglieder,

wir laden Euch herzlich zur Mitgliedervollversammlung, am Samstag, 31. Juli 2021 im ost west Country club, Marconi Park, Meran, ein.

1. Einberufung: 6.00 Uhr
2. Einberufung: 17.30 Uhr

Die erste Einberufung findet um 6.00 Uhr statt. Sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr als die Hälfte der Mitglieder anwesend sein, so wird die Vollversammlung in 2. Einberufung auf 17.30 Uhr angesetzt und ist in jedem Fall beschlussfähig.

Tagesordnung:

1.    Begrüßung;
2.    Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit;
3.    Bericht über die Aktivität 2020 und Präsentation der Aktivität 2021;
4.    Bericht des Kassiers über die Finanzsituation 2020;
5.    Bericht der Revisoren;
6.    Genehmigung des Jahresabschlusses 2020 und Entlastung des Vorstandes;
7.    Wahl zweier neuer Vorstandsmitglieder
8.    Allfälliges.

Vi invitiamo cordialmente all’assemblea generale che si svolgerà Sabato, 31 luglio 2021 all’ost west Country club nel parco Marconi, a Merano.

1a convocazione: ore 6.00
2a convocazione: ore 17.30

La prima convocazione avrà luogo alle ore 6.00. Nel caso in cui a quell’ora non dovesse essere presente più della metà dei soci, avrà luogo una seconda convocazione alle ore 17.30, che in ogni caso sarà atta a deliberare.

Ordine del giorno:

1.    Saluto;
2.    Constatazione del numero legale;
3.    Rapporto sull’attività 2020 e presentazione dell’attività 2021;
4.    Rapporto del Tesoriere sulla situazione finanziaria 2020;
5.    Rapporto dei Revisori dei Conti;
6.    Approvazione del rendiconto economico-finanziario 2020 e sollevamento del direttivo da responsabilità;
7.   Elezione di due nuovi membri del direttivo
8.    Varie ed eventuali.
