EINBERUFUNG DER AUSSERORDENTLICHEN MITGLIEDERVOLLVERSAMMLUNG – CONVOCAZIONE DELL’ASSEMBLEA GENERALE STRAORDIANRIA DEI SOCI

Liebe Mitglieder,

aufgrund der gesetzlichen Neuregelung des Dritten Sektors ist eine Anpassung unseres Vereinsstatutes notwendig, das von der Mitgliedervollversammlung beschlossen werden muss. Darum laden wir Euch herzlich zur außerordentlichen Mitgliedervollversammlung, am Dienstag, den 21. Dezember 2021 im Vereinslokal des ost west clubs in der Passeiergasse 29, Meran, ein.

1. Einberufung: 6:00 Uhr
2. Einberufung: 19:00 Uhr

Die erste Einberufung findet um 6.00 Uhr statt. Sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr als die Hälfte der Mitglieder anwesend sein, so wird die Vollversammlung in 2. Einberufung um 19:00 Uhr angesetzt und ist in jedem Fall beschlussfähig.

Tagesordnung:

1.         Begrüßung;
2.         Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit;
3.         Anpassung des Statuts laut Reform des Dritten Sektors;
4.         Allfälliges.

a causa della nuova regolamentazione legale del terzo settore, è necessario un adeguamento degli statuti della nostra associazione, che deve essere approvato dall’assemblea generale dei membri. Pertanto, vi invitiamo cordialmente all’assemblea generale straordinaria, che si svolgerà martedì 21 dicembre 2021 presso il locale del club est ovest in vicolo Passiria 29 a Merano.

1a convocazione: ore 6:00
2a convocazione: ore 19:00

La prima convocazione avrà luogo alle ore 6.00. Nel caso in cui a quell’ora non dovesse essere presente più della metà dei soci, avrà luogo una seconda convocazione alle ore 19:00, che in ogni caso sarà atta a deliberare.

Ordine del giorno:

1.         Saluto;
2.         Constatazione del numero legale;
3.         Adeguamento dello Statuto alla       Riforma del Terzo Settore;
4.         Varie ed eventuali.
