EINBERUFUNG DER JÄHRLICHEN MITGLIEDERVOLLVERSAMMLUNG 2024 – CONVOCAZIONE DELL’ASSEMBLEA GENERALE ANNUALE DEI SOCI 2024

Liebe Mitglieder, wir laden Euch herzlich zur Mitgliedervollversammlung, am Samstag, 20. April 2024 im ost west club est ovest, Passeirergasse 29, Meran, ein.

1.Einberufung: 6.00 Uhr
2.Einberufung: 17.00 Uhr

Die erste Einberufung fndet um 6.00 Uhr stat. Sollte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr als die Hälfe der Mitglieder anwesend sein, so wird die Vollversammlung in 2. Einberufung auf 17.00 Uhr angesetzt und ist in jedem Fall beschlussfähig.

Tagesordnung:

1. Begrüßung;
2. Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit;
3. Ernennung eines Schrifführers/einer Schrifführerin;
4. Verlesung und Genehmigung des Protokolls der Vollversammlung am 15. April 2023;
5. Tätgkeitsbericht über die Aktvität 2023, Präsentaton der Aktvität 2024 und Genehmigung;
6. Bericht des Kassiers über die Finanzsituaton 2023;
7. Bericht der Revisoren;
8. Genehmigung des Jahresabschlussberichts 2023 und Entlastung des Vorstandes;
9. Informatonen zur allgemeinen Vereinssituaton;
10. Allfälliges.

Cari soci e care socie, Vi invitamo cordialmente all’assemblea generale che si svolgerà sabato 20 aprile 2024, presso l’ost west club est ovest, vicolo Passiria 29, a Merano.

1a convocazione: ore 6.00
2a convocazione: ore 17.00

La prima convocazione avrà luogo alle ore 6.00. Nel caso in cui a quell’ora non dovesse essere presente più della metà dei soci, avrà luogo una seconda convocazione alle ore 17.00, che in ogni caso sarà ata a deliberare.

1. Saluto;
2. Constatazione del numero legale;
3. Nomina del/la redatore/trice del protocollo;
4. Letura e approvazione del protocollo dell’assemblea generale del 15 aprile 2023;
5. Rapporto sull’atvità 2023, presentazione dell’atvità 2024 e approvazioni;
6. Rapporto del Tesoriere sulla situazione finanziaria 2023;
7. Rapporto dei Revisori dei Cont;
8. Approvazione del rendiconto economico-finanziario 2023 e sollevamento del direttivo da responsabilità;
9. Informazioni sulla situazione generale dell’associazione;
10. Varie ed eventuali.
